Our QMS incorporates periodic internal audits, document control, and internal communications to ensure continuous improvement is achieved.

The ISO 20000-1:2011 Standard defines a set of requirements that Zantech uses to ensure that an effective Service Management System (SMS) is in place to meet our customer’s needs. Zantech’s ISO 20000-1:2011-certified SMS serves as an organizational standard for an integrated process approach to ensure that IT Services are delivered in a reliable, consistent and quality manner at affordable cost and that they remain aligned with business objectives.
ISO/IEC 27001:2013
The ISO 27001:2013 Standard defines a set of requirements that Zantech uses for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to meet our customer’s needs. Zantech’s ISO 27001:2013-certified ISMS ensures that the security arrangements can be continually fine-tuned to keep pace with changes to the security threats, vulnerabilities, and business impacts to the customer’s organization.
SEI CMMI® DEV Level 3 V1.3
The Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI®) for Development is a process improvement approach that provides Zantech with the essential elements of effective processes for systems engineering and software engineering. Zantech’s use of CMMI® Dev Level 3 Version 1.3 practices ensures that robust quality procedures are in place to verify and validate that all our IT products and services meet our customers’ objectives.
ITIL
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a set of concepts and policies to manage IT infrastructure development and operations. Zantech personnel supporting IT infrastructure contracts are ITIL v3 (2011)-certified to ensure compliance with best practices and standard processes.
