JOB TITLE:            Program Management Specialist

LOCATION:         Washington, DC

REPORTS TO:      Program Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Brief Description of Duties:

The candidate will provide program management and analysis support for a variety of aviation projects and platforms (focused on H60 SLEP) within CG-931 to develop documented, comprehensive, accurate, and reliable reporting tools and MSAM documents.

The candidate will be expected to conduct analytical studies involving complex technical parameters, logistics requirements, schedule constraints and similar factors, while evaluating acquisition budget and financial systems, procurement specifications and contractual obligations to the extent they affect cost, schedule and performance.

DESCRIPTION:

• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in the program management environment to include preparation major systems acquisitions documents; experience managing and developing affordability and requirements documents in accordance with DHS Directive 102-01 and MSAM; specifically, USCG program management office, sponsor’s representative and/or acquisition governance experience and experience creating and managing reporting tools is desired.

Education Requirement:

• BS or BA Degree relevant to the job requirements
• Candidate must pass a favorable background investigation
